Kerkorian and GM

It looks like Uncle Kirk may be attempting to get involved with GM and begin working on straightening this comapany out - and if the management of GM doesn't think this is the way to go - they certainly haven't proven able to create much positive results up until now - in fact the rating of their bonds along with those of Ford to "junk " status right after the announcement of Kerkorian's desire to purchase more GM shares says much for the program that the current management has taken and just how unsuccessful it has been - I look forward to seeing if there are some big changes to come -

possibilties

Although there are a great deal of changes occurring in the world today - I am not sure whether or not this fact constitutes empire building and a variance in it greatly from a long time ago - I will be thinking about this for a while -

At the same time I would like to note what seems to be a radical change that I noticed yesterday -

Warren Buffet - who has been friends with Bill Gates for quite some time - but who claims to not understand the software business and Microsoft's business during that time (although he did personally purchase a few shares for himself as he indicated in a seminar once) - has chosen to add Bill Gates to the Board of Directors at Berkshire Hathaway - Does this mean, by any chance, the Warren Buffet, in addition to suggesting the Bill Gates may be in line for presidency of Berkshire in the future - is seriously looking at buying a substantial amount of Microsoft Corporation for the Berkshire Hathaway Comapny?

In order to start this off on the right foot I will begin very slowly exploring the various ways an empire may begin and grow.
